I needed to sell my condo quickly and get back to the States. Janice used quick pics of my condo to get it listed immediately. Then she did professional photos and a video that were simply outstanding. As a real estate agent myself, I know what works in this industry and what does NOT. Let me tell you, Jancie Ramos works. Her communication was consistent, professional and detailed. I was always updated on how things were going. Showings were quick and concise and I was given plenty of advanced notice so that the place could be cleaned up and show at its best. We did NOTHING half-way and always put our best foot forward. She even understood that although there were lesser expensive recent sales on record, they did not match up to what my condo offered and like I said, we SOLD IN THREE WEEK AND RECEIVED FULL PRICE!
I highly recommend Janice and her company for your real estate needs whether buying, selling or renting!
